With the SANDBOX SPACES Virtual Office, in addition to your representative business address in THE VALLEY Kemptthal, you get a reliable contact person who takes care of your virtual office matters and solutions for many problems in business life.
The minimum term is 6 months with a 3-month notice period.
Payment is only made after the first month if you have used our Virtual Office Service. Since many startups and small companies are in the middle of founding and do not yet have a verified bank account, we understand if it takes a little time to pay. The payment is then either transferred monthly by standing order, or in advance with our pre-payment discount. You get a 15% discount if you pay 12 months in advance (does not apply to already discounted prices).
Register here and briefly describe when you would like to start your virtual office and what services you need. We will then contact you as soon as possible and can activate your virtual office within 24 hours and record it in a contract so that you can go directly to the notary. After you have signed your contract and sent it back to us, your company name will be immediately placed on our mailbox.
You have the option of picking up your mail from us at the SANDBOX SPACES coworking space, where we will be happy to store it free of charge in your open mailbox or under lock and key. Letters from public institutions are often not forwarded. Therefore, we will scan it for you on request and send it to you. We would also be happy to send you your mail once a week (see list of fees; postage costs also apply here).
